Description
The TDF-25 system uses a flange that is formed directly from the duct sheet by folding the panel edge into a 25 mm pocket, eliminating the need for a separate slide-on flange profile. This reduces material usage, assembly time, and overall system weight. Corner brackets and bolt sets secure adjacent duct sections, while a gasket strip ensures an airtight seal. The TDF system is widely adopted in European rectangular duct fabrication shops and is fully compatible with automated duct production lines.
